Are your products safe for newborns and young babies?
Absolutely. Safety is at the heart of everything we create at Tiny Moments Co. All of our products are designed with the youngest littles in mind — free from harmful chemicals, sharp edges, and small detachable parts. We follow Australian safety standards and rigorously test our products to ensure they're gentle and safe from day one.
Are your materials free from BPA, phthalates, and other toxins?
Yes, always. We only use materials that are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-toxic. Whether it's our silicone feeding essentials or our wooden toys, every material is carefully selected to be as safe as it is beautiful. You can feel confident putting our products in your little one's hands — and mouth!
Do your products meet Australian safety standards?
They do. All Tiny Moments Co products are tested and comply with relevant Australian safety regulations. We take compliance seriously because we know how much trust you place in us when choosing products for your family.
Are your wooden toys painted or treated with anything?
Our wooden toys are finished with non-toxic, water-based paints and natural beeswax or food-safe oils where applicable. Everything is chosen with little hands — and curious mouths — in mind. No nasties, ever.
What age range are your products suitable for?
Our range spans from newborn through to toddler years (0–3+). Each product listing includes a recommended age guide to help you choose the right fit for your little one's stage of development. When in doubt, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the perfect match.
How do I clean silicone feeding products?
Our silicone products are wonderfully easy to care for. They're dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and can also be hand washed with warm soapy water. For a deeper clean, you can sterilise them by boiling in water for 3–5 minutes or using a steam steriliser. Always allow to air dry fully before storing

Wooden toys love a little gentle care. Wipe them down with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then dry immediately — avoid soaking or submerging in water as this can cause warping or cracking. To keep the wood nourished and looking beautiful, you can occasionally apply a small amount of food-safe beeswax or coconut oil.

Store silicone and wooden products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For silicone items, a breathable pouch or open container works beautifully. Wooden toys are best kept in a dry environment to prevent any moisture damage over time.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship across Australia. We're also exploring international shipping options — if you're based overseas and would love to get your hands on our products, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once on its way, standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout if you need things a little sooner.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, with free shipping available on orders over a certain threshold — you'll see the current offer at checkout. We believe getting beautiful things to your door shouldn't cost the earth.

Are there any items that can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened feeding products or personalised goods may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will always be clearly noted on the product page. If you're unsure, please reach out before purchasing and we'll be happy to clarify.
