Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We send all orders with Australia Post from Lennox Head, NSW.
Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
When your order is on its way, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking details.
Shipping options and costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Standard shipping: $12.95 for orders under $75. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
- Express shipping: $15.00. Estimated delivery is 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times are Australia Post estimates. They can be longer to regional and remote areas, and during busy periods such as Christmas and major sales.
You will always see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us at info@tinymoments.com.au and we will help.
For lost or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged.
