How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free shipping on all Australian orders over $75. Standard shipping under $75 is a flat $12.95 and express is $15.00. You'll always see the exact cost clearly at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return postage and replace or refund it. For change-of-mind returns the customer pays return postage. If something isn't right, email us at info@tinymoments.com.au with your order number and we'll take care of you - no stress, no fuss.
